TSC Youth Foundation Thanksgiving ski trip.
Dates: November 26-December 1, 2024 (flexibility on arrival/departure)
Trip Application: A trip application will be required for each participant, child or adult.
Lodging: Zephyr Mountain Lodge, ski in/ski out resort- No additional cost for youth(max 2) in condo suite
- Cost: $550/adult for 5 nights in 2 bd/2 bath (plus sleeper sofa)
- Cost: $745/adult for 5 nights in 1 bd/1 bath (plus sleeper sofa)
Group Air: Possible, depending on interest from participants who respond by September 15, 2024. Only offered for 5-day stays.
Departure cities: Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio
TSC Council Activities Fee: $30/person
Amount of the TSC Youth Foundation reimbursement will be announced shortly. All required documentation is necessary to receive reimbursement.
NOTE: Information is pending from Sports America regarding ski lift tickets, lessons, equipment rental, and Zephyr Lodge nightly overnight parking fee ($21). It is recommended that participants visit IKON and take advantage of pre-season prices.
TIME SENSITIVE ACTION FOR CLUBS REQUESTED:
1. Please send an email blast to members to gauge interest in participating in this trip.
2. Interested members must send a $225 deposit no later than Sunday, September 15, 2024.
